Second Grade: Day 2

Bible: We started out the day by going over his Bile verse from yesterday, and recited the books of the Bible.

Language Arts: Today we synthesized some of what we know about cats into an essay.  Thus, we covered reading comprehension, sentence structure & writing.  He read his report aloud afterward.

Mathematics:  we covered place value.

Part 1 of Music: he practiced clarinet some more.

Part 2 of Music: One of the elders at the congregation we attend is a retired music teacher.  He has agreed to work privately with our son and provide vocal music instruction. We attend our first session this afternoon.
